Herein lies an (almost) full playthrough of Star Fox Zero in video form. This game...was not good. I had a few friends over and they all tapped out on it. Eventually I beat the game, even though the final boss was astronomically more difficult than the rest of the game for some reason. I was looking forward to this one, but it ended up being a big disappointment.
Part 1 has Nick and I reacting to the way-too-long intro, then goes to screen-in-screen for the gameplay as we take on the first couple of levels. This was my first attempt at doing a screen-in-screen deal, so it's rough around the edges, yet a good start. I'll do more things like this in the future.
Part 2 is me replaying the next couple of levels solo. I say "replaying" because Nick and I actually played those too originally, but technical difficulties caused me to lose the footage past the point where Part 1 ends. So I went back later and replayed those stages just for completeness.
In Part 3 I'm joined by Philly's own Ron and noted Star Fox enthusiast John as we play the next level and hate on the game a lot.
Part 4 is back to me flying solo. I have a feeling that many players will end up flying solo by some lategame point as all of their friends tap out on the game.
Finally, Part 5 features the last couple of levels, the extremely frustrating final battle, and a brief tribute to an old friend of mine.
Thanks for watching.
