Here we've got all the boss fights for AVGN's latest game. It's very 8-Bit indeed, but I definitely preferred the two old games of his (from about a decade ago) more.
Speziman - "Pepsimaaaaaan!" This is the easiest stage and one of the easier bosses, recommend picking it first.
F-14 Tomcat - Includes the end of the level because of those crazy jumps. Fight is a little different. Hammering the fire button super-fast will quickly melt bosses in this game.
T.P. the Extra-Terrestrial - This fight was rough until I realized you can blast the fingertips to stop the laser attack.
Letule - Probably the most forgettable boss, this guy is a refugee from Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.
The Devil - Another kinda forgettable boss, and pretty easy given that he's, you know, THE DEVIL.
Festerdrome - This was the toughest boss in the game for me, and took multiple playthroughs of the level. Get here without gun powerups and the fight is rough to say the least. Throwing bottles (Axes, basically) would have made it a lot easier.
Festerdrome Rematch w/ Shitpickle - Well, that was easy. This time I brought a pickle.
AVGN Clones - This was a neat reimagining of the Mega Man Clone from the first game in that series. Between that and the six bosses, I think this game was going for a Mega Man 1 vibe. Will the next game be a recapturing of what made Mega Man 2 so good? Hopefully.
Final Boss - A tough fight indeed, took a bunch of tries. Given how short the game is, I was hoping for a "trap devisit by Satan" situation where it'd give me a second quest, but no dice.
Boss Rush - The toughest challenge the game offers...but it really isn't that bad if you practice the Festerdrome and final boss beforehand to get the fights down. Everything else is no problem.
Really looking forward to the next AVGN game. They've got a lot of meat left on the bone. This game sets up Glitch Gremlin as the villain of the next one, and I'm hoping we get some Kyle Justin references like "The game of life, A B B A" in that one. Also, 8 bosses, since it'll need to mimic Mega Man 2.
