Dragonball Z: Kakarot Part 6 - Cell Games
This game could have easily just ended after the defeat of Freeza and left the rest for a sequel. In this day and age, it's pretty cool that they just went ahead and kept going with it.

Dragonball Z: Kakarot Part 5 - Second Variety
It's time! It's Android time! Look at their massive foreheads. However, the threat posed by these guys is nothing compared to the threat posed by...Android 20? What?

Dragonball Z: Kakarot Part 4 - Pissing On The Dreams of Tyrants
I totally missed out on a bunch of stuff from this part of the game. Like I took zero screenshots of the whole "Gokou = Ginyu" part. Rest assured, we missed nothing. That part almost feels like filler to me now. You fight Gokou (as Gohan) and stuff happens. Regardless, moving on with the story...Freeza interrogates Nail to find out how to use the 'balls. Let's just get to the actual Freeza battle before the show PTSD starts again. Regardless, Captain Ginyu is defeated, all the body-switching stuff is over with, and Gokou is laid-up in a healing tank. That's right, he's out of action AGAIN.

Dragonball Z: Kakarot Part 3 - The Green Zone
We get the "Vegeta, I hear you've had quite the battle" scene from the show. The first time I saw this, I thought Cui was Freeza. Expected Freeza to show up soon as the next big villain, didn't know what he looked like. Soon as this guy appeared, I was like "Freeza?" ...I'm glad he wasn't.

Highlander 4x07 - The Colonel
This is a pretty formulaic episode that feels more like something out of S1 or S2, with a very cut-and-dry caricature of a villain. That said, even an iffy Highlander episode tends to still have some cool moments, so let's go.

Dragonball Z: Kakarot (Lots of systems, 2020) - Part 1 - Saiyan Saga
Here we are, the ultimate evolution of those DBZ RPGs on the Famicom and Super Famicom that I liked so much. Will I like this one? I hope so. It's more of an RPG/Fighting hybrid.

Dragonball Z Legend of the Super Saiya-jin, Part I - Saiyan Saga
This is the fabled "Dragonball Z RPG" for the Super Famicom, and I'm playing it.
My friend Morgan was right when he told me that this game is bad. It's really bad. This game is so bad that the soundtrack consists of three songs. It's the worst RPG I've played since Tecmo Secret of the Stars.

Dragonball Movie 4 - Path to Power (1996)
Quick story time. I remember the first time I ever saw Dragonball VHS tapes available anywhere. There was a shop in my hometown that sold a lot of foreign material, and it had a shelf for anime/manga. One hot summer day I went over there and took a look around. Had just left the local arcade where I'd been getting destroyed in Tekken 2. Once I got to the shop, there it was, Dragonball. A bunch of VHS tapes with Kid Gokou on 'em. I'd never seen anything except Dragonball Z (and only the first 60 episodes or so). Obviously I was super-interested in this new show, but being a kid I couldn't afford $10 per imported VHS or whatever it was. I got a good look at them at least. "Don't Fear The Reaper" was playing on the store radio.
Now I'm wondering if those VHSes were these movies that I've been watching. If so, it's good that I couldn't afford 'em.
This shop later disappeared and was replaced with a restaurant, where I went on my first date, weirdly enough.

TMNT: The Hyperstone Heist (Sega Genesis, 1992)
Wow, there really is a TMNT beat-em-up that I totally missed out on. It's enough to get one's nipples hard in anticipation.

TMNT: Shredder's Revenge (Lots of systems, 2022)
There's a new Ninja Turtles game, so of course I had to get it and check it out. Let's kick, and I quote, shell.

Portable TMNT Games
Time to look at a few of the non-console entries. Come on in, there will be Punch and Pie. ...well, Punch. All the Pie already went to The Rock.
Playing Fall of the Foot Clan means a lot to me because I never got to check this out as a kid. It's one of
the games I considered getting when I first got a Game Boy (my first system,
mind you). Luckily I went with Kirby's Dream Land and, even more importantly, Metroid 2, but I
have to say this game wouldn't have been a horrible choice either.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III: The Manhattan Project (NES, 1992)
Luckily, this one has nothing at all to do with the third Turtles movie. As far as I know, that awful piece of dreck never actually got a video game adaptation. The movie's four fans must have been disappointed.
