2020 was one of the rougher decades we've had. Rougher than the 2010's, 2000's, 1990's... it's been a while since we had a decade as long and challenging as 2020 was. To celebrate being done with it, here we go. The movie where it all began. I haven't seen this in ages. The show gets compared to the original movie a lot, so I'm interested to see if the movie holds up after all this time. My belief that the show is (usually) the superior of the two might not survive this viewing of the movie, we'll see. There can be only one!

Today I'm going to take a quick look at a game that actually features Xenomorphs rather than look-alikes or knockoffs. I also wonder why there aren't more Versus properties like this. There's Robocop Vs Terminator, but why not Terminator Vs. Aliens? Or Robocop Vs Gunnery Sergeant Hartman, the drill sergeant from Full Metal Jacket? The possibilities are endless!

It's time for me to play the raddest NES game of 1991. Some people are masters of punching. Some people are masters of elbowing. Some people are just masters of blocking with their face. Not this guy. THIS... is Kick Master.

Raid 2020 (NES, 1989)

Time for what the pros refer to as a "shitty game". When I was a kid, I was obsessed with the 9mm Uzi for a bit. It's just a badass-looking gun. What's with the drugs though? I've never seen a prescription bottle with a poison sign on it, though in some cases that'd be a lot more honest.

Winners fight drugs? I hope you actually "fight drugs" in this game. Like one boss is a giant line of coke or something, on your quest to rescue the president who is a hovering crack pipe.
